We do not sell fish by the batch. Each one is picked individually from farms we have worked with for years, then rested and observed at the shop before it is listed, so you know it is strong and feeding well.

How we select our fish
Microchip checked
Every microchip is read and recorded against the import paperwork, and can be re-checked at purchase and at registration.
Rested before sale
Each new batch rests in our system for [number] days to adjust temperature, start feeding and be observed before listing.

How to order
From your first message to the fish in your tank takes about [number] days.
Start on LINE- 1. Choose a fish and ask for video
Send the code of the fish you like; we send a video of that exact fish and its price.
- 2. Confirm the booking
A deposit closes that listing and the status changes to "Reserved" straight away.
- 3. Fish and papers prepared
We fast the fish for transport and prepare the import paperwork and microchip record.
- 4. Pick up or delivery
Collect at the shop, or we pack with oxygen and ship to your door with a tracking number.
- 5. After-sales support
We advise on water, feeding and settling in, and keep answering questions on LINE.

Documents and legal ownership
Arowana (Scleropages formosus) is a protected species that may be captive-bred; trading and keeping one requires the documents set out by law.
What we provide
- Receipt
- Copy of the import / CITES paperwork for the batch
- The microchip number of your fish
What the buyer must do
- Register ownership with the Department of Fisheries within the required period
- Keep the documents and registration together with the fish
- Report any transfer, relocation or death of the fish
